Events
Something happens on the island about every hour, with smaller events in between. When one starts, a banner tells everyone on your server.
The Amber Moon
Sat, Oct 24, 12:00 PM EDT to Sat, Nov 7, 12:00 PM EST. The candy shop stays open 48 hours longer so you can spend what's left.
At night the island turns amber: a huge moon, Pumpkin Lanterns at five landmarks, and Moonstruck dinos roaming. Earn Moon Candy and spend it on the Moon Track and in the event shop. No paid luck, and the end date is the real end date.

Event shop
- 3 Task Rerolls (50 candy): Swap any of today's three Moon tasks.
- Moonstruck Lure (120 candy): Tonight's next wild spawn near you turns Moonstruck. One a night.
Rare Rush
Every so often a Rare Rush starts on every server at once. A banner says "RARE RUSH!" and a pill shows the time left. While it's on, rare variants like Alpha and Rainbow dinos are more likely to spawn (normally ×2 for 5 minutes), and when anyone finds one, the whole server is told.
It's free: there's nothing to buy. During the Amber Moon's quiet night hours, a Rush waits until afterward.
World events
Eruption
Mount Cinder erupts! Lava bombs rain on the slopes and leave obsidian full of amber: crack it with a Bronze Pickaxe.

Meteorites are falling from the sky! Crack them with a Bronze Pickaxe for Bronze and Amber before they cool.

Primal Hunt
A Primal predator prowls the island. Slay it for a bounty!

Lightning strikes the island and Voltfang packs hunt in the rain.

The biggest fight is the Ignirex. It sleeps under Mount Cinder's lava lake, and it's built for groups.
